Overview
CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test) is a preliminary examination carried out to determine the analytical understanding of an individual, rather than their memorizing capabilities. The new pattern of this examination, which has been implemented from 2011 onward, consists of two papers that are of 200 marks each, and their duration is two hours. These examinations are composed of multiple-choice questions only.
General Studies for Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2013 (Paper-1) has been revised keeping in mind the numerous changes that have been made in the pattern of the question paper for such exams. The team of authors for this book comprises fourteen people who are experts in this field. Statement-based questions have been included in each section, as per the new paper pattern.
