TOEFL can also be taken by English-language learners who want to track their progress, it is not tied up with registration to the Bachelors / Master’s degree, it is an individual test, hence no one has any restriction in taking up the test to judge their English Language proficiency.

TOEFL Exam Pattern

The TOEFL exam helps to prove you have the English skills you will actually use in an academic classroom.
