Overview
Graduate Record Examination, also known as GRE, is a test that has to be written by the students who want to study in the United States. This exam is conducted by the Educational Testing Service. In this 19th edition of Barron’s New GRE: The Leader In Test Preparation 2013 (With CD-ROM), Green and Wolf have meticulously devised the text to follow the current syllabus, which was set by ETS. The text also includes exercises and practice problems that relate to the current syllabus. A CD-ROM has been included, which will provide students with a simulation of the real test, along with two sample tests for practice.

To help students gain some practice and familiarity with test-writing, the text contains practice and diagnostic tests, which are tailored according to the current GRE syllabus. The section on Verbal Reasoning has been updated and rewritten. The Quantitative Reasoning section contains Numeric Entry, with questions that have multiple answers. The answers are explained in great detail. There are screen shots included of the various test sections which capture the actual test. The enclosed CD-ROM has two practice tests which will provide a simulation of the real GRE.
